Position Overview
As a Salesman at Shihab Mart, you will be the face of the store, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, assist them with product inquiries, and guide them to make informed purchase decisions.
- Sales Transactions: Handle sales efficiently, including cash and card payments, and issue accurate invoices.
- Product Display: Organize and maintain store shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are always stocked.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory checks and restocking to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns politely and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
- Upselling & Promotions: Highlight promotions and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Energy & Enthusiasm: Friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
